Before the tenancy starts: 

• Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent, subject to the references,this will form part of the first months rent.
• Deposit: 5 weeks rent

During the tenancy:

• Payments to other third parties: such as Council Tax, utilities or payments for communications services;
•  A payment of up to £50 inc VAT to alter the tenancy agreement, when requested by a tenant, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
• Other payments, permitted under appropriate legislation, including damages
• Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy when requested by the tenant.
