Landlord Fees

Let Only – One off fee of one months rent +VAT -
Fee for finding tenant, taking up reference and completing legal formalities.
Full Management – For a low set up fee of 2 weeks rent + VAT (maximum £720 inclusive of VAT) plus 12% monthly inclusive of VAT -
With our management option, in addition to finding you a tenant we will collect the rent, arrange repairs, carry out inspections and deal with all aspects of managing the let.
